During sick season, please expect a 2-3 business days wait for your order to be ready. You may also rush your order or visit one of the retailers for no wait. If you select local pickup from the Apothecary in Midland, TX, you will receive a text message to the number on file with pickup instructions.

Once your order is placed on the website, it is then put in line on first come first served bases. I understand some of my clients are very sick and need their order sooner than others so I do offer a RUSH option that lets you skip the line. If you're local and select RUSH your order will be ready within 24 hours. If you are having your order shipped with RUSH it will be shipped out on the next business day.

There are two different Rush options! Weekday Rush & Weekend Rush. The post office is closed on weekends so if you order on a weekend day it will be shipped out on Monday.

RUSH option has nothing to do with shipping or shipping time and everything to do with fulfillment time!
